Block One (Make 4). 

Take your 10 centre squares and chain piece 20 A shapes to opposite sides. 

Press seams open and set six aside for block two.





Take 16 petal shapes and eight A shapes, and sew petals to either side of an A shape. Tip: always ensure the bottom edges are straight when starting your curve.

Lay out your blocks using two petal–A–petal blocks and one A–centre square–A block to make a Flowering Snowball block.Sew together using the same curved piecing method.

Repeat to make four Flowering Snowball blocks.




Trim your finished blocks to 14.5"
